We know that smoking is harmful, but it is our brain that made strong associations of good feelings with the act of smoking
Feeling good is due to a brain chemical that gets released called dopamine
On the inside, nicotine in tobacco causes dopamine to flood the brain FAST
Over time, the brain starts to physically change and your brain needs more nicotine to release the same amount of dopamine.
So, on the outside, you will start having more cravings to smoke alot more.
This new behaviour becomes your NEW NORMAL

IS REALLY IMPORTANT
