Let's take a look at the exercises I got you to do in Video # 1
(If you haven't done them, STOP here and get them done)
I get your hesitations about quitting smoking.
It's hard to quit and the thought of failure feels horrible!
We remember the deep guilt we felt when we got judged from others (especially from the people we thought would support us!)
We EVEN have our OWN internal voice telling us that we can't do it because the failure was so PAINFUL the last time(s) we tried to quit smoking
But here's something else I ALSO want you to think about:
I want you to think about how PAINFUL it will be if you NEVER allow yourself to truly LIVE the life you we DESTINED to live!
So I'm here to throw down a challenge for you:
It's time to turn that pain of not being able to quit into a DRIVING FORCE to CHANGE your life for GOOD!
TODAY IS ALL ABOUT EXERCISING YOUR ABILITY TO MAKE CHOICES ALIGNED WITH YOUR VISION
Before you move on, complete the following exercises from the video:
-Answer "WHY do I smoke?" (include 5 SPECIFIC reasons)
-Based on the same reasons you smoke, make a list of
other activities that will also satisfy the same things.
Tip: Make a list of other activities that will help:
1)Delay your cravings
2)Distract you from your cravings
3)Decrease your cravings/make them manageable
